At Tulas, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn fashion items. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
